What We Can Help With

We are happy to assist with the following types of questions and feedback:

• Data accuracy questions — If you believe a CPI figure, tax bracket, or other data point in one of our calculators is incorrect, please let us know which calculator, which value, and what you believe the correct figure should be (with a source if possible). We take data accuracy seriously and will investigate every report.
• Calculator feedback — Suggestions for improvements to existing calculators, requests for new calculator features, or reports of calculation errors. Please include the specific inputs you used and the result you received.
• Accessibility concerns — If you are having difficulty using any part of the site due to an accessibility barrier, please describe the issue and what assistive technology you are using. We will prioritize fixing accessibility problems.
• General questions — Questions about how a particular calculator works, what formula it uses, or what a result means in plain terms.
• Privacy inquiries — Questions or concerns about our data practices, advertising, or your rights under GDPR or CCPA.

What We Cannot Help With

There are certain requests that fall outside what we can provide. Please be aware of these limitations before reaching out:

• Personalized financial advice — We cannot tell you whether you should take out a specific loan, how to invest your savings, or what financial strategy is right for your situation. QuickCalculator is an educational tool, not a financial advisor. For personalized guidance, please consult a licensed financial planner or advisor.
• Tax preparation assistance — Our tax estimator is designed to illustrate how federal income tax brackets work, not to help you prepare or file a tax return. For tax preparation, consult a licensed CPA, enrolled agent, or tax attorney, or use IRS-approved tax preparation software.
• Urgent financial decisions — If you are facing an urgent financial situation — imminent foreclosure, debt collection, legal action — please contact a licensed professional immediately rather than waiting for our response. Resources such as the National Foundation for Credit Counseling (nfcc.org) or HUD-approved housing counselors (hud.gov) may be able to help.

Response Time

We aim to respond to all messages within 5 business days. Messages sent on weekends or US federal holidays will be responded to on the next business day. We read every message personally — there is no automated response system beyond an initial email acknowledgment.

If your inquiry is about a clear data error in one of our calculators, we will prioritize reviewing and correcting it as quickly as possible.
